Flamez Bistro was started in Albuquerque by Salim Khoury, who trained our chef, Jordan Al Roussan. Flamez Bistro was open until Salim’s passing in 2020.
Flamez Fusion is owned and operated by Jordan Al Roussan and his wife Tierna Unruh-Enos.
